Etude House Wannabe Style Nails #1 So Hot Chic

Hello ladies!!!

Do you have any plans tonight?  Well… I wish to unwind and just enjoy my Saturday night, free my mind from worries, recharge myself, laugh, and party like it’s my last…(a draft I did last Saturday)

So to add zest to my night out, I tried the Etude House Wannabe Style Nails #1 So Hot Chic.  This is a nail color twosome in Chic Black and Hot Pink for a trendy mix and match impression.
The nail art set contains…
#1 Chic Black
#2 Hot Pink
Nail Sticker Tea

Vol. 7g x 2 (0.23 fl. oz. x 2)
Price Php328.00
Available in all Etude House Outlets
Limited Edition!!!

The instruction says to alternately paint the nails in black and pink, daring and very upfront style and add the stickers on top but I decided to just paint my nails in hot pink only with stickers on.  I like to keep it simple yet sexy and fun.  The art in different shapes make it exciting.
First clean your nails, you may ask somebody to remove your cuticles and trim them or just keep the length…depending on your style.  I usually keep my nails short and clean (not a fan of removing the cuticles).

I like to coat my nails first with any natural or white polish as my base.  In this way the shade would be more solid and vibrant.

Apply the desired color, you can alternately paint it with black or pink as instructed and choose what suits your style.
I used the hot pink… the color is so vibrant even on one coating only.  It is girly and kinky.  Just the way I like it.
Let it dry for a few minutes then start sticking the designs.  The best part ever!!!  I like to stick different designs on each nail. My ultra favorites are the stars that reminded me of Taekyung and Go Mi Nam and the timeless hearts!!! Ommo they are simply adorable.  The stickers are of right thickness, easy to peel, they don’t break off easily and they stick really well.
Lastly, top it off with natural / clear polish to seal the stickers, keeping them intact.  The top coat will keep them from peeling easily.  You can also use the clear nail polishes with glitters to add bling.
So that’s it for tonight…another easy nail art!!!

Time to party!!! Muah!!!

Tony Moly Intense Repair Live Snail Hydro-gel Mask

It has been days since my trip in Manila and I just can’t wait to try the items I got at Tony Moly especially their Intense Repair Live Snail Hydro-gel Mask.  It has been tiring lately and I was in a lot of stress so I need something to soothe my skin.

I have read a lot of reviews of snail-based products so I myself would want to try the wonders it can offer to my skin.

Product Description

Tony Moly Intense Repair Live Snail Hydro-gel Mask is a moisturizing and repairing gel mask from deep within.  It contains 70% filtered snail mucous that is very good in boosting skin vitality.  It replenishes the skin from the harmful and damaging elements like pollution, UV rays and dirt which causes acne, wrinkles and pigmentation.  It also contains plant extract called  Ceramium kondoi which supplies nutrition necessary to skin to protect it as well.

Qty. 1 sheet / Vol. 0.88oz., 25g

Price Php178.80 – I was able to get it on sale with 40% off from its original retail price.

I am always a fan of face masks, I use them on my rest days and tiring days to keep me relaxed, but this is actually my first time to try something in gel and the mask was separated in half. It actually comes in 2 separate sheets…1 for the upper part of the face forehead to nose and the other sheet was for the lower part upper lip to chin.  The sheet masks were wrapped in a clear plastic to keep the mucous from dripping out.
Directions to use.
  1. Prep your skin with your favorite cleanser or facial wash.
  2. Towel dry it.
  3. Apply the mask.
  4. Leave it for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Massage the left essences on the package on your neck.
  • It refreshes my skin.
  • I think it made my skin brighter and firm.
  • It smells good.
  • Snail mucous is good for acne prone skin.
  • It helps lighten my acne dark spots.
  • It comes in a hydrating gel-formula.
  • Available locally in all Tony Moly Outlets and online resellers.
  • It was on sale with 40% off.
  • Irritation-free formula. – Ideal for sensitive skin like mine.
  • I got confused on which side should get it in contact with my skin I assumed the slimmer side hehehe.

I will definitely purchase this item again and use it regularly.

Till here!!!

Have a happy weekend…

Etude House and Tony Moly SM MegaMall Haul

Happy Sunday everyone!

It's indeed a great day to thank the Lord for all the miracles he does everyday!  I am very much grateful for the gift of life.
I plan to spend my whole day at the UST Seminary Guest spend sometime with myself, pray and perhaps write a bit.  So I guess, I am now doing a quick post from my Iphone 4s and share some of my Korean Cosmetics haul yesterday.

So to start with,  I decided to check out SM MegaMall and finally visit some of my favorite shops. I had my first stop ofcourse At Etude House, then Forever21 and finally Tony Moly.  I also wanted to check out Nature Republic and other shops but due to some circumstances I was not able to take a peek.

Below are the snapshots I took... I am very excited to try each. It was fun shopping, both shops had helpful SA's. All my queries were handled properly. I could have stayed a bit and shop more but I plan to do it again next time... talking about BUDGET hahaha.

My Etude House and Tony Moly Haul

Happy TeaTime Green Tea Cleansing Tissue
Jewel Nail Stickers
Oil Control Film
Look at my lips #10( I wasn't able to get a picture coz I used it immedately and left it on my vanity kit while I was making this post)
The SA gave me a Bee Happy Paper Pen, I was hoping for samples instead... Anyways thanks Etude House.
Maybe I'll get my wish on my next purchase LOL.
The SA was very helpful though despite the crowd.

Some items were on sale... 40% discount
Ice Cool Mist SPF 30 PA+++ (just in time for the summer)
Clean Dew Tea Tree Seed Foam Cleanser
Lovely Slim Lip Stick PK01
Lovely Slim Lip Stick BE01
I got samples of Florida Nutra-Energy Toner
UV Sunset Mximum Sunblock Cream
Dear Me Waterful Lotion

It was really fun, how I wish I could have spent more time and took some pics at both shops but I was embarassed to ask the SA's if I could do that.

Lastly, I visited the enormous FOREVER21.  It was overwhelming, it was just a window shopping though.  Just plenty really plenty of cool and fab items.

Till here can't wait to try each.

Thursday reminiscing Meteor Garden with Missha Red Ginseng Sheet Mask

Good morning ladies!!!

It has been pretty exhausting lately and I can almost feel I am getting old every minute aigoo.  Well, tough times come and instead of getting myself burdened I rather want to face it with a positive spirit. Fighting!!!

I actually planned last night to do some urgent stuff in the office but I decided to skip it and relax at home and free my mind from worries…taking my friend's advice to give myself a break.

After breakfast I decided to watch my all time favorite Meteor Garden which featured my crushes way back college days.  I just miss the free spirit and “pa-cute” days.  It was refreshing to laugh so hard alone and to feel the “kilig” moment again.  To my young readers, Meteor Garden featured the original F4 from Taiwan (Jerry Yan, Vic Chou, Vanness Wu and Ken Chu).  While watching I decided to use another free item, Missha Red Ginseng Sheet Mask, just what my skin needed.
I got this Missha Red Ginseng Sheet Mask for free from my Gailygirl online purchase.  Missha or Gailygirl did not pay me to write about this item.

Product Overview…
It is a 3d sheet mask with Red Ginseng essence to firm and nourish the skin.
Net wt. 23g
Main ingredient… Red Ginseng extract 345mg
This is my second time to use a 3d mask both from Missha.  The design was different from the flat sheet masks that I have tried.  This is contoured to fit the curves of the face especially the nose and chin perfectly.
This mask contains Korean Red Ginseng extract to energize and rejuvenate fatigued skin, making it radiant and vitalized while lifting the traces of aging caused by stress.

How to use
Wash face with your favorite cleanser.
Prep it with your favorite toner.
Unfold the sheet carefully and apply to face.
Leave it to face for 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove the mask and pat the left essence until all is fully absorbed by the skin.

Frozen Blossoms thoughts…
I love it, my skin felt revived after.
Moisturized my skin, leaving it healthy and vibrant.

When tired, just give yourself some time, relax a bit, put on some chilled mask, read or watch and it will help big time.

Till here… Annyeong!!!
