Review: Laneige Multi Cleanser

Hello Sunday!!!

My love for korean skin care never fizzled.  I may have started goin back to some western brands but anything from Korea still tops my list.

So today, while I am takin a breath after my housekeeping duties, lemme share something I got for free... yes My Laneige Multi Cleanser. This is now my second tube and I am most happy to share my raves!!!

Laneige Multi Cleanser

This is a dermatologist tested 4-in-1 micro beaded multi cleanser formulated with papain enzymes to effectively remove make up and sunscreen, to gently exfoliate dead skin and to thoroughly cleanse the skin.

Availability: all Laneige counters and outlets

Price: PhP1250.00

How to use:
This cleanser is safe to use everyday at mornings and night time.

Just wet your face and massage a coin-amount of the product allowing to melt and remove make up and dirt for a clearer and brighter skin.

Frozen Blossoms' thoughts:

- It comes in a squeeze-it-upside-down tube.  I like this kind of containers because I can actually cut them in half to finish everything off. Lol.
- It effortlessly removes make up even the stubborn water-based mascaras and eyeliners without me having to separately use cleansing oils or make up removers. I am just so lazy sometimes that I wash up directly.
- It removes oil without dryin my skin too much.
- The beads are just soooo tiny,  it is safe to exfoliate daily makin the skin looks brighter with continuous use.
- The tiny beads also unclogs the pores from the primers, bb creams etc. that I put on my face daily.
- It is refreshing and it smells good.
- It does not break my skin out.
- it is suitable for all skin types.

-  It is quite expensive for a facial wash at PhP1250.00 but Laneige is a luxury line from South Korea that's why.

Overall I love it and I recommend this if you are willing to splurge on facial wash hehehe.

That's all for today ladies. Have a happy Sunday mwahhhhh!!!

Review: Dickinson's Original Witch Hazel Pore Perfecting Toner

I am back with a worthwhile rave and this is about my current favorite. Yassss!  After  a few months of keepin mum, I am here typin lol. Close friends knew that I have always been searchin for gentle and effective skincare that can keep up with my raging skin.  Honestly, I have tried a lot that works well with me too, but after my skin gets used to the routine, it tends to break out again.

One time, while I was reading stuff and busy conversing at the female network, I accidentally stumbled on a trail about how great Dickinson's Witch Hazel is for the skin and almost everyone was praising it.  In a flash, I went to grab one at the nearest Healthy Options (official retailer in our country) in our place.

Dickinson's Original Witch Hazel Pore Perfecting Toner

This skin care has been in the market since 1866 with the same gentle original formula that soothes irritations and refreshes skin; refines and tones pores;  removes excess oil, impurities and make up residue without overdrying the skin; and locks moisture to keep it balanced.

Availability: all Healthy Options branches
Price: USD 6.00 (Php300 plus) for 475 ml

This product is dermatologist recommended and very mild for everyday use.

To use (morning and night):
1. Cleanse your face with your favorite make up remover / cold creams (optional).
2. Wash face with your favorite facial cleanser / wash.
3. Moisten cotton pad or ball with the toner and apply to face and neck. Let it dry.
4. Apply favorite moisturizer or treatment then sunblock (skip the sunblock at bedtime).

Frozen Blossoms' thoughts:

I have been using this for months now and it is evident by the amount of the product left.
- first, I like that the packaging is simple and clear, you can gauge the remaining amount before it runs out
- it totally cleanses the remaining traces of impurities that are not removed during washing
- it does not dry out the skin, you don't get the tingling sensation or the tightening effect
- it does lock moisture  keeping the skin hydrated without making it oily
- it heals irritations and blemishes gradually... yes my pimples dried out after days of using, although I still get one atleast but I was able to control them without the ugly redness, peeling and burning
- it goes well with any skin type and works well with my moisturizer
- it is very affordable and easy to find
- it is mild and non-irritating

So overall, I highly recommend this and try it for yourself!!!

That's all for today! :)
